I ordered 2no electric towel radiators but only the rads arrived so i called the office who were very helpful and said that they would call the couriers who then delivered the thermostats and elements the following day, excellent service, fully recommend.

Can’t fault any aspect. Heats the bathroom brilliantly, and looks great. Maybe the curve isn’t as pronounced as I thought but can still get towels behind it really easily so that’s just nitpicking!

The radiator boosters (air diverters) are well made, fit well, and are easy to install and remove for cleaning. More importantly I can FEEL the are being directed into the room instead of just rising directly to the ceiling. Thanks
