Return Policy

At MyHomeware Ltd, we aim to make the returns process simple and transparent. Please read the information below carefully before returning any items.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

  • You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return the item to us.

Important:
Please ensure the sender address is clearly shown on the return label, or include your order details inside the package so we can identify your return.


Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition

  • Items must be in their original packaging with no damage

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a tracked and insured delivery service

Refunds:

  • A full refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods

Please note:

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • If you require a different item, please place a new order after your refund is issued


Condition of Returned Goods

  • Items must be returned in a resellable condition

  • Charges may apply if:

    • The item is damaged

    • The packaging is significantly damaged

Typical Weights:

  • Small radiators: 3–4 kg

  • Medium radiators: 5–8 kg

  • Large radiators: 10–12 kg

  • Heat diverters: up to 1 kg each

Packaging Size:

  • Typically 5 cm larger than the radiator dimensions

Damaged in Transit

  • Do not return damaged items without contacting us first

  • You must report any damage within 72 hours of delivery

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damage

Once verified:

  • A replacement item will be arranged

Important:
Do not install any damaged items. Once installed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
