IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE OR COMMENCE ANY INSTALLATION WORK UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
1 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Myhomeware Limited and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered, not before. Myhomeware Limited reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
2 –DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
All images, descriptive matter, specifications, and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving a description of the goods. We work to ensure all product descriptions are correct but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out. Ensure that you are taking the correct measurements before ordering.
3- PAYMENT AND PRICE
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods stated on the website from time to time to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties.
We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of the order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We require our customers to provide us with their exact billing address and telephone number – the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Please note we only accept Debit/Credit card payments from cards registered to an address within the UK.
The price of the goods includes delivery charges if the product is purchased in the Mainland UK. Products purchased from outside of the UK or being subject to extra fees (Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Kirkwall) will show extra charges during the purchase.
4 – QUALITY GUARANTEED
Myhomeware Limited always guarantees the best quality of products and provides a 5-year warranty in case of leaking or paint peeling off. We supply a replacement for all of those items. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase and of a photograph or a video of the product.
5 – DELIVERY INFORMATION
We send our radiators and electric elements with Next Day Delivery services. Our courier will aim to deliver items within 1 working day.
All Next Day Delivery shipments can be tracked and rescheduled on the courier website by using your tracking number and postcode.
All other products are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class or EVRI Standard Delivery, depending on the size. The approximate delivery date is 3-5 working days.
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, unless it is agreed. In some cases our courier attempts a Saturday delivery in residential areas.
If goods are ordered over the weekend or on a bank holiday the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes.
We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Our standard delivery charges are for Mainland UK only. If you are ordering from the following areas there will be additional charges. So please contact us to find out the exact cost of delivery before you commit to ordering.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please provide a valid contact number, preferably a mobile number so you can be reached in case of any delivery issues.
If an order cannot be successfully completed due to the customer being unable to accept the goods, then a re-delivery charge may be applicable. This cost would then be borne by the customer. Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery on the date of delivery agreed,
Please note; any changes to your delivery address after your order has been processed for dispatch may result in additional charges.
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as being located on a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or due to any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. For palletised deliveries, the driver is not insured to take the goods inside your property.it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able-bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
Damaged products should not be refused on delivery or returned without contacting us first. Please see ‘8 – DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.’
Do not install any goods that appear damaged, once installed, you are responsible for the item.
6 – RETURN POLICY
You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the courier to return an item to us. You have a total of 30 days from the delivery date to return the item back to us.
UNWANTED ITEMS:
-Items must be returned still in new condition and in its original packaging with no damage.
-It is your responsibility to return any items back to us (see address below)
-We advise you to send this via recorded delivery and with insurance.
-A full refund will be made within 5 business days of our receipt of the goods.
Please note that charges may be applied in the unlikely event that an item does not return in a re-sellable state, or if there is significant damage to the original packaging (This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.)

DAMAGED ITEMS:
-Do not return any damaged items without contacting us first.
-You must inform us of any damage to items within 72 hours of delivery.
-You will be asked to provide pictures showing the damage where possible.
-Replacement items will then be sent.
7 – OUR LIABILITY
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Myhomeware Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising in connection with the Customer’s order shall be limited to the price of the Goods. Myhomeware Limited shall not be liable to the Customer for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, goodwill, or otherwise and whether direct, indirect, or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever. In the event that the Company provided faulty goods but the fault is not discovered until after installation of the Goods and could not have been discovered on examination on delivery the liability of the Company shall be limited to replacing such faulty goods free of charge. All conditions, warranties, or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded provided that nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict any liability of the Company for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Company, or its servants/agents.
8 – LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9 – COPYRIGHT
All rights in the site design, text, graphics, and other content, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof belong to Myhomeware Limited.
10 – PRIVACY POLICY
